Chocolate Balls

These Chocolate Balls are the ideal treat to make with the kids and they don’t require any cooking either!

Chocolate Balls

Makes: 10-14

Use any coating you like to make these your own.

Ingredients
  • 55g cream cheese
  • 55g chopped nuts
  • 55g icing sugar
  • 30g cocoa powder

Coating suggestions
  • Grated chocolate
  • Cocoa powder
  • Freeze dried strawberry or raspberry
  • Sprinkles
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Crumbled chocolate flake

    Method

    1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl.
    2. Using the Hand Mixer with flat beaters mix all the ingredients well. Ensure you start on a low speed.
    3. Once mixed together, pop into the fridge to chill.
    4. Line a tray with greaseproof paper, a silicone baking mat or sweet papers.
    5. Place the coatings onto flat plates.
    6. Take the mixture out of the fridge and roll into small balls.
    7. Roll the balls in the coatings, making sure they are covered all over.
