How to make the perfect Chocolate Milkshake with Dualit’s Milk Frother Max

Our Milk Frother Max gives you full froth control with the easy to use dial. Choose from 5 Dial positions and the Cold Froth Setting. 

TIP: For best results we recommend using cold milk straight from the fridge and milkshake or chocolate powder for this recipe. 

  1. Assemble the Whisk attachment with Basket. You know this is done when you hear a click. Place this in the Milk Frother Max.
  2. Add the desired amount of cold milk to the Jug and the recommended serving suggestion of chocolate powder.
  3. Turn the Dial to the Snowflake icon and press the Power Button.
  4. Pour your frothed drink into the cup when ready (add extra ice if you would like an extra cold drink). 
  5. To Garnish, top with squirty cream and marshmallows.
  6. Enjoy!

Hints & Tips

  • Always use cold milk straight from the fridge.
  • The Milk Frother Max works best with milk that has a high protein level e.g. dairy or soya.
  • Dualit recommends using semi-skimmed or UHT milk. Full fat milk will not froth well as the fat content is greater than 3%. Remember, different milks froth at different rates.
  • When using plant-based milk such as soya, oat, almond etc., make sure to use ‘barista-grade’ as these varieties will produce more froth.
  • Check that the Whisk and Basket spin freely before using your device. Any residue may affect functionality. Ensure the Jug and all Attachments are clean before use and before storing.
