Iced Bailey's Frappe

Iced Bailey's Frappe

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • Caramel sauce (to dress glass)

  • 2 digestive biscuits (to dress glass)

  • Whipped cream (topping)

  • Cocoa powder (topping)

  • 500ml long-life milk (semi-frozen)

  • 70ml espresso

  • 50-100ml Baileys (depending on preferred strength)

Method:

  1. Blend biscuits in Dualit's Hand Blender Chopping Bowl.

  2. Dip the rim of your cocktail glass in caramel sauce and then cover with biscuit crumbs.

  3. Add frozen milk, Baileys, and espresso to the Hand Blender Chopping Bowl and blend together.

  4. Pour into the cocktail glass.

  5. Top with whipped cream and a dust of cocoa powder.
