Sparkly Raspberry Prosecco

A refreshing, fruity cocktail that is ideal for celebrations or a cosy night in. This recipe is the perfect sip into the New Year.

Sparkly Raspberry Prosecco

Serves: 2

Ingredients: 

  • 350ml prosecco 

  • Half a punnet of raspberries

  • Half a lemon

Method:

  1. Blend most of the raspberries, with a squeeze of lemon, using the Dualit Hand Blender Chopping Bowl (make sure to save some for topping).

  2. Add the raspberry blend to a champagne flute.

  3. Top the flute with prosecco.

  4. Finish with edible glitter and a few raspberries.
