- Finely chop the red onion and garlic in the Chopping Bowl attachment of the Dualit Hand Blender.
- Place all the ingredients into the 1L Jug, along with the chopped onion and garlic.
- Use the Hand Blender to blend all of the ingredients into a puree.
- Once blender, pour the puree into a small saucepan.
- Cover with a lid and allow to simmer for 20 minutes on a low heat.
- Allow to cool and then transfer into a sterilised jar or airtight container and store in the fridge for up to a week.
