"Didn't know Dualit refurbished their products until I received an email from them. I think this is a brilliant idea, I ordered this kettle and the toaster, they came looking like brand new, no slight marks or blemish anywhere, so pleased with the products, so nice the design, ease of use and colour look in the kitchen really sets it off now, and the price is reflected with them being refurbished.
